Do not change Nuendo installation path
- Install Steinberg Library Manager 3.2.20.exe
- Install Steinberg Activation Manager 1.3.1.exe
- Run Setup.exe in Nuendo 12.0.40 folder and install it
- Run “Activation Manager Unlocker b3.exe” and then restart the PC
