Seeking unique studio gear with a rich history, Mark acquired this extremely rare 2252 from a former technician at the famed Wessex Studios in London. The incredibly renowned studio produced many of the punk albums of the 1970s and 1980s by artists like The Clash, The Sex Pistols, The Pretenders, Queen, and many others. This 2252 has witnessed it all. A 1968 Neve model, briefly produced before germanium gave way to silicon, it stood for decades in the studio where music history was made. After nearly two years of development, Pulsar Modular and Mark Daniel Nelson have created one of the most unique compressors on the market. What was initially considered unusable has become an integral part of the sound of Attitude, Aggression, and Power.
